The talented staff at Aerospace NYC, a boxing gym located in New York City, has created the first workout that combines ballet, boxing and sculpting. They call it Aerobarre.

This unique workout will leave muscles you never knew you had sore and you craving another session. It was developed by former professional boxer Michael Olajide and is taught by former Dance Theater of Harlem dancer Leila Fazel. It is a fun fusion workout that includes cardio, sculpting and fat-incinerating exercises. You'll be able to release your inner tension through boxing and relax with positive thoughts through beautiful ballet.
