Shrimp With Crispy Kale Chips

4 ounces shrimp
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoon chopped parsley
Squeeze of lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Saute shrimp in olive oil. Toss with parsley and lemon. Add salt and pepper.
Crispy Kale Chips
1 1⁄2 cups packed kale, cut into 11⁄2-inch pieces
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
1⁄2 teaspoon sesame seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat the oven to 400˚ F.
2.Combine the kale, garlic, oil, and sesame seeds in a small bowl, tossing to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to baking sheet.
3. Bake 15 minutes, or until kale is crisp and edges are browned. Toss halfway through.
