The findings of the survey were a bit surprising to say the least. More than half of American women and a quarter of American men said they'd sacrifice an entire summer of sex if it meant avoiding 10 pounds of weight gain. Additionally, more Americans would choose losing 10 to 20 pounds this summer over receiving a job promotion. In this economy, that shows us how desperate Americans are to get fit.
Keep in mind this is all hypothetical. When it comes down to it, these Americans are simply dreaming of weight loss rather than actually doing something about it. We asked our readers about their most difficult weight loss sacrifices -- check out what they had to say.
