I stay fit in the sun by swimming at the local lake.. I go early and swim without children kicking me in the legs

Love your blog! I stay fit in the summer by running outside in the late afternoon / evening when the sun is much lower in the sky and the temperature has cooled off.

I stay fit in the summer by swimming and running - always before 8 am to avoid the hottest, sunniest part of the day.

I stay fit in the summer by walking my little dogs for 30 minutes to an hour every day - either before 9 AM, or after dark. I also hit the gym's treadmill and circuit training machines 3 - 4 times a week.

During the summer, I'll either workout indoors (at home with a DVD or at the gym) or do my runs early in the morning, just before the sun rises.

I also hike during the summer and make sure to wear plenty of sunscreen.

I stay fit in the summer by running at least 30 min everyday and strength training. I like to set goals such as training for a new 5k to keep me motivated!

I stay fit by running and kayaking. I have a long sleeve technical top that is great at keeping me covered and protected from the sun, yet isn't too hot.

In the heat we have had lately, I have been walking/running with my sister once the sun gets low in the sky. We enjoy the sunset together and it keeps us out of the uv rays. I also get to the gym 4-5 times a week or ride my bike on a nearby trail. I have to have multiple choices to keep from getting bored!

I like to run in the early morning before it get to hot out, I always use sunscreen and a visor to protect my face and eyes but most of all I just go out and have a good time doing what I like.

I stay fit in the summer by canoing and hiking as often as I can. I protect my skin by using plenty of sunscreen and wearing hats. If its not too hot I always wear as much clothing as I can stand!! But usually end up in t-shirts or tank tops.

I stay fit by biking to the gym and running/lifting indoors, usually in the late evening. This minimizes my sun exposure, and combined with sunscreen keeps my skin healthy!

I stay fit by exercising at the gym on very hot humid days. When it's cool enough, I get outside and use sunscreen.

I exercise early and late in the day to avoid the strongest rays of the sun. My kids play outside wearing sunscreening bathing suits with long sleeves and half-legs to assist their sunscreen.

Always use sunscreen while doing any sort of outdoor activity! Working out indoors is also incredibly beneficial.

I like to walk in the early morning and early evening. I do yoga inside and occasionally go to the indoor pool. I always wear sunscreen and a visor in the sun.

I won't stop going out into the sunshine so I'm very careful! I've changed my daily moisturizer to one with SPF30 and then spray an additional SPF45 when I know I'm going outside. I have extra can of SPF30 everywhere- car, golf bag, work for supplemental applications. I've had my Skin cancer scare and am learning to deal with BOTH!
