Funny Fit Clips: Late Night Spoofs

Posted on Jul 16th 2010 1:00PM by Kristen Seymour
Aerobics instructors and jazzercise devotees back in the '80s had no idea how much joy their perfectly feathered hair, matching leotards and corny commentary would bring to us in the future! At That's Fit, we're rounding up a few of our favorite funny fitness videos. Some are the real deal, while others are purposely playful, but no matter what, they're sure to bring a smile to your face. If you have a favorite, please share it with us!

It might be Friday, but today, we're celebrating the comedy gold of late night sketch comedy. We like our exercise mixed with a healthy dose of humor -- after all, laughter is the best medicine -- and these skits are sure to work your funny bone.

Taylor Lautner's "Twilight" Workout
Everybody knows that Taylor Lautner put on 30 pounds of muscle to keep his role as Jacob in the "Twilight" movies, but this spoof takes a look at just how he managed. Four words: "Meat in my pocket."

Jim Carrey Works Out as a Lady
Jim Carrey has long held his position as one of the kings of comedy, but in this "In Living Color" skit, he shows that he could make a pretty decent queen of comedy, too. Just don't actually take ANY of his advice. Seriously. Step away from the curling iron.

We At the Gym
We'd be surprised if you haven't seen these guys at your gym, because they've been at every gym we've ever been members of. Sadly, however, they don't always rap. They're always funny to watch, but the song really adds a special touch, don't you think?
