I know that I will weigh in at TOPS. My weight loss support group on Tuesday morning. I have reached my goal weight. TOPS really has a lot of support for keeping it off.

Same thing I do all week long. I made my diet and workout regimen a habit a Loonnngg time ago.. Do anything long enough and it becomes habit.

Eat a chicken breast without sauces, salads and a little oven baked or grilled potatoes, or rice (brown if possible) and tons of water, ;) that is if we go to a cookout. Otherwise at home, grilled stuff and thank God I don't have cravings for sweet stuff, but I replace that with a shakeology. Gotta love the summer!!
