Just above this is a feature showing the soup made by Marcus Samuelson. Marcus seems like a very nice guy, but I can understand why Barrack made a panic stop at McDonalds. What exactly is lentil & cocconut soup ?
If you serve me a bowl of soup I want a hunk of prime rib or a beef short rib swimming around in it baby, not cocconut.

I am more concerned with burning more calories overall and love WALKING for calorie burn! Walking also helps you to live longer. Studies have shown that those who walk regularly increase their life span by twice the length of the walk. Go for a 30 minute walk, live an hour longer. Now THAT'S a reason to go for a walk.
I have lost 50 pounds over the last 2 years, and I have done it by watching my calories, eating less processed foods and walking every day. I have no desire to be skinny, just healthy, toned and curvy!
