Aerobics instructors and jazzercise devotees back in the '80s had no idea how much joy their perfectly feathered hair, matching leotards and corny commentary would bring to us in the future! At That's Fit, we're rounding up a few of our favorite funny fitness videos. Some are the real deal, while others are purposely playful, but no matter what, they're sure to bring a smile to your face. If you have a favorite, please share it with us!

There's a pretty good chance you'll have the opportunity to take part in some fun backyard or beach games this holiday weekend. And sure, you might be more interested in participating in the games that can be played while holding a beer or a burger, but you should know that, even if you're not taking these sports seriously, somebody else is!

You thought badminton was an easy game, huh? This clip just might change your mind -- it shows that true, competitive badminton involves a high degree of skill and athletic ability! You might laugh now, but let's just wait and see if you're not holding your breath and sitting at the edge of your seat by the end of the video.


Beach Paddleball
Beach volleyball isn't the only way to work up a sweat on the shore. Beach paddleball, or Matkot, can be quite the workout as well. Sure, you could stand five feet from your partner and tap the ball softly back and forth, or you could take a cue from these fellas and take it to the next level.
