My favorite type of workout is dancing/hiking/walking up the road. I'm lucky enough to live in the middle of nowhere & above my place the road goes up a hill for two miles. Strap on my ipod & away we dance!

My fav workout happens on a warm evening, when the sun is going down, and the breeze is light. I walk through the old North area of town, as fast as my legs will carry me. It is beautiful under 100 year old trees, and gardens that have been there for what seems like 50 years.

I need to change up my workout to keep myself motivated. One day it may be yoga, then next kickboxing, and then maybe some dance in there.

I have been bouncing around, trying new things lately, but I seem to keep going back to just using my stepper while I zone out and listen to music or watch TV. Nothing too exciting, but it gets the job done!

I like running down a particular street in my neighborhood that is lined with "live oak" trees. The Gulf coast is extremely hot during the summer months so they provide lots of needed shade!

HI! My favorite workout is ZUMBA! I teach 5-6 classes a week in NJ and love it. Just can't stop shakin' the booty

My current favorite workout is a class at my gym called Rope Burn, 45-minute of jump rope and weight training intervals. It's challenging, yet fun and you feel amazing once it's over!

Belly dancing, yoga and running are all tied for favorite workouts, all for different reasons. Belly dancing for my soul, yoga for my brain and running for my spirit :)

Right now my favorite workout is Turbokick! I love the group atmosphere and modern music :)

but other than that, yoga and incline training are my go-to workouts.

Power walking along the water listening to some great tunes! Being by the water helps clear my min and helps inspire me to keep going- and to get some lunges in too!
