Everyone knows the camera adds 10 pounds, but these comedy veterans know how to make that seem like nothing. Meet the cast of "Hot in Cleveland," a new comedy show on TV Land starring Betty White, Valerie Bertinelli, Wendie Malick, Jane Leeves and Sean Hayes. These funny ladies play friends who are on their way to Paris when their plane makes an emergency landing in Cleveland, Ohio ... and they stay.

But how do they get those gams?

Valerie Bertinelli famously dropped 40 pounds as the Jenny Craig spokeswoman, and has managed to keep it all off for well over a year. She attributes her success to working out religiously and eating an occasional Jenny Craig meal, especially the turkey burger. "I run most days of the week, about five to eight miles a pop, sometimes with my trainer Christopher Ross Lane. I also meet with him to lift weights and stretch and all that stuff."

"I do Pilates every day," said Wendie Malick at the "Hot in Cleveland" premiere. "I like the dead bug, plank and we do a lot of floor stuff. I don't use a reformer anymore." For Malick, improving her back muscles is as important as slimming her waistline. "[Pilates] can keep your posture really good and keep you from having back problems," she said.

Jane Leeves, best known for her role in "Frasier," was a dancer when she was young. She does not do daily workouts, but like Malick, she's a believer in Pilates.

And how does the incomparable Betty White stay active? "I have a two story house and a bad memory!" she told That's Fit. "I'm up and down those stairs all the time. 'What did I come up here for again?'"

The show airs Wednesday, June 16 at 10/9 Central.
