Kardashian Sisters Share Bikini Body Secrets

Whether it's vowing to eat better or losing 10 pounds in 10 days, the Kardashian sisters are no strangers to bringing their weight loss struggles in the public eye. Now the reality TV stars Khloé and Kim Kardashian can boast that all of their work to get back in shape has resulted in the loss of 10 pounds and 25 pounds over the past year, respectively. And In the upcoming issue of Life & Style, on newsstands this Friday, the two discuss how they've scored bikini bodies, and kept the weight off without depriving themselves.

Kim, who in the past has admitted her love affair with junk food, told Life & Style that for her, eating breakfast is key. "Before, all I'd have for breakfast was a Grande Soy Chai Latte," she told the magazine. Now, both sisters eat either oatmeal or eggs, turkey bacon and fruit. She also eats protein at every meal to fill up and doesn't deprive herself. "If I feel like a milk shake, I have one," said Kim Kardashian. However both sisters also promote and claim to use Quick Trim diet products.

While Kim has always had favorite fitness routines, we all know that the hardest part can be motivation. What's helped Kim and
Khloé is discovering how a bit of encouragement can go a long way. "Kim will always call me and be like, 'Let's go do boot camp!' and that motivates me," younger sister Khloé Kardashian told Life & Style. Whether it's finding a weight-loss buddy online or enlisting a friend, working out together is definitely a good way to go.
