Aerobics instructors and jazzercise devotees back in the '80s had no idea how much joy their perfectly feathered hair, matching leotards and corny commentary would bring to us in the future! At That's Fit, we're rounding up a few of our favorite funny fitness videos. Some are the real deal, while others are purposely playful, but no matter what, they're sure to bring a smile to your face. If you have a favorite, please share it with us!
We love aerobics competitions for so many reasons. They're an amazing exhibition of athletic ability, for one, but we also can't discount the fact that they're kind of funny, too -- especially when they took place 15 years ago. Styles have changed, as has music, but there's no doubt that 1995 was a very good year for aerobics competitions. These three videos are proof positive!

Kelly Yachabach, Heather High-Parker and Vicky DuMois did a fine job of representing the United States. However, we have to say we're glad that this fine country gives us the right to avoid bearing our backsides like this!
