Raquel Welch, the international sex symbol who starred in the 1966 film "One Million Years B.C." still looks gorgeous at the age of 69. After years of exercising and following a healthy diet, this mother of two reveals how she's kept her beauty over the years in her new book "Beyond the Cleavage."
AOL Health spoke with Welch about her anti-aging habits -- from appreciating her body and life to practicing yoga and eating steamed veggies, to staying connected to friends and family. When asked to define beauty, Welch said, "Somebody who exudes a beautiful quality. When that person enters a room, he or she brings warmth, fun, good energy and interest in other people -- and not just interested in looking perfectly... Any woman can be beautiful if she feels good about the life she's leading."
