Fit Clips: Treadmill Time!

Aerobics instructors and jazzercise devotees back in the '80s had no idea how much joy their perfectly feathered hair, matching leotards and corny commentary would bring to us in the future! At That's Fit, we're rounding up a few of our favorite funny fitness videos. Some are the real deal, while others are purposely playful, but no matter what, they're sure to bring a smile to your face. If you have a favorite, please share it with us!
The treadmill is, no doubt, one of the most widely used pieces of gym equipment, but in recent years it has gone from a tool for running and walking indoors to being a source of entertainment. It all started with Ok Go's music video for "Here It Goes Again," and while some people have shown that it's possible to copy, let's just say some people should stick to walking.
The Good
Four students at Granbury High School recreated the video, live, for their school talent show. If these kids didn't win (and by the screams from the crowd, we're guessing they did), we'd really like to see who beat them!
The Bad
Clearly, dancing on the treadmill takes a certain skill. This poor fellow seems to be lacking it. And we know you already know this, but for the love of Denise Austin, don't try this at home. Please.
The Really, Really Funny
OK, we've all wanted to shake our groove things on the treadmill when a favorite song comes on, but to actually do it? In the gym? To "Barbie Girl"? Well, that takes more guts than we have, but we're awfully grateful somebody caught it on video (and that Half-Fast posted it for our viewing pleasure -- thanks!).
