What's the idea of letting ads pop up that cover the text on my computer? This time it was a popup listing what I presume are RSS feeds. And where is the feedback button, AOL? AOL has so much to offer. Why do you ruin your relationship and the sense of trust with your paid subscribers?
In this case, the ad covered the yoga video window, overlaying the play button and stayed there annoyingly long. There was no button to X it out and clicking outside the offending ad box didn't get rid of the ad either. I'm so tired of AOL doing this.
I am 83 years YOUNG and have been doing the plough and cobra Yoga positions for 25 years for lower back problem. Let me tell you, it works, but must be done faithfully.
I am trying to get this message to Dortha...I would like to know what the excersise you do for your lower back? I have had 2 back sugeries and still have to wear a pain pump,along with other "foreign parts", cage and screws, what have you. I need a GOOD exersize for the lower back...that is actually good for backs.
