Keep track of the latest in diet and fitness Twitter trends and opinions with this weekly post. Not only will AOL Health's Twitter alias Healthpop and That's_Fit ask fitness-related questions and share the best responses with you, we'll scour the Twittersphere for the latest buzz on everything from good eats to exercise routines gone bad.
We understand how difficult it can be to stick to a healthy eating plan, especially during a busy work week. You can find websites that provide delicious and nutritious recipes for an enjoyable meal that won't ruin your diet. Or, as we did, ask your health-conscious friends on Twitter to share their go-to methods for maintaining a healthy meal plan, no matter how packed their schedule may be.
jend420 @HealthPop Go to lunches -line up containers on counter. Fill w/lettuces, tomatoes, broc, cauli, snowpeas. Grab 1 + protein, dressing. Done.
lowfatpie @Thats_Fit I always prepare my lunches the night before. Usually a combo rice/pasta, a protein and some veg w/a lite dressing. no matter what, I always eat my prepared lunch and always take at least 30 min to eat away from my desk. Every day=new chance.
vividblue24@Thats_Fit keep a lot of healthy snacks and fruit around for when those cravings start!
kitkat0812 Enjoyed a healthy lunch: grilled chicken & steamed broccoli! Really starting 2 love salads & veggies.
tachyondecay Homemade stew + glass of milk = healthy lunch with all four food groups whenever I decide it's convenient.
