DWTS Niecy Nash: "I Don't Want to Lose Weight"

One of the biggest perks of being on "Dancing with the Stars" is the opportunity to shed pounds. Last season, Kelly Osbourne danced her way to a 42-pound weight loss, and before her Lisa Rinna, Jennie Garth and Jane Seymour were all raving about how doing the cha-cha changed their bodies. But Niecy Nash isn't like most contestants. This season, the 40-year-old "Reno 911!" star isn't looking to drop extra pounds or tone up while practicing her dance moves with partner Louis van Amstel. In this week's Life & Style, Nash confesses, "I like my jiggly parts." She adds, "I like my body like it is."
And apparently so does someone very close to her. "I like my curves -- I don't have a problem with any of it, and my boyfriend doesn't either! It's more about the inner transformation for me. I want to become better and stronger and more fulfilled as a person, and I can do that with a little wobble in my booty, honey!"
We applaud Niecy's body confidence. It's clear she's committed to making women of all shapes and sizes feel more comfortable in their own skin, dedicating her season premiere performance "to thick girls everywhere."
While she may not be looking to shed a pound, from the transformations we've seen in past contestants it's obvious the show's grueling and frequent practices pack quite a calorie-burning workout!
