Fit Clips: Gym Bloopers

Aerobics instructors and jazzercise devotees back in the '80s had no idea how much joy their perfectly feathered hair, matching leotards and corny commentary would bring to us in the future! At That's Fit, we're rounding up a few of our favorite funny fitness videos. Some are the real deal, while others are purposely playful, but no matter what, they're sure to bring a smile to your face. If you have a favorite, please share it with us!
Have you ever had one of those moments at the gym? You know, a moment when you're praying that nobody saw you make that foolish move? Hopefully for you, there wasn't anybody there with a video camera. Happily for us (but unfortunately for them), these folks weren't quite so lucky!
Tricky Equipment
We've all seen machines at the gym that we're dying to try. And here at That's Fit, we're always looking for new exercises! But, this video is a clear example of why, when you're trying something new, you might want to have some of the fitness center staff walk you through the moves. Or, at the very least, make sure you're out of the line of sight of any surveillance video cameras.
Military Workout Blooper
This super-fit guy's goal is to teach us a fantastic new strength training move. And you know what? We tried it, and it's a keeper ... at least, the two-legged version. Unfortunately, the biggest lesson we're taking away is that we probably shouldn't film ourselves doing tough moves!
Gym Bloopers
Three words for you: Get a spotter! These weight lifters get themselves into some precarious (and painful) positions, and while they're sure to get a chuckle, they serve as a good reminder that these moves can be really dangerous. Once again, lesson learned!
