"The obesity epidemic in this country has grown to biblical proportions, so I'm revealing my own ten commandments," Dr. Oz told That's Fit. "They are the ten commandments of weight loss." On today's episode of "The Dr. Oz Show," comedian Brian Balthazar combs the streets to find out if New Yorkers know the 10 commandments to lose weight. Then, Dr. Oz presents the 10 rock-hard rules to help you ditch excess weight and get healthy.
