But, whether you want to shed some pounds, maintain your weight or strengthen your muscles, these machines can help. We asked our fellow Tweeters which machines they turn to at the gym for a hardcore workout, to help you make a fit decision.

modernhippie87....ummm this morning I kicked ASS @ the gym! That Stair Master is so hard, but SO worth it :) Oh the joys of getting in shape!
