great tips.. but its not all about the workout.. it's about eating right also!.. I have been motivated again to get back into the kithcen.. and I owe it all to my friend who bought me a hilarious recipe book.. I find that making my own meals has allowed me to control what I eat... i can't tell you the title of the book cause some of you will freak out.. but if you have a good sense of humor.. google "Poke Me Pork Recipe"... you will see....but seriously.. don't go if you can't take a joke...
