Many people tend to overeat when they're stressed or emotionally drained. This emotional eating can cause significant weight gain, if it's not kept in check. We turned to our fit followers in the Twitter world for help, asking what they do to keep themselves from overeating when they're feeling down.
dwizzby@Thats_Fit Kombucha keeps me from over eating. Expensive, but my body's worth it, as is everyone else's!
