Built in 2005, the Gold's Gym in Lawrenceville, New Jersey is a great location for anyone who wants to work out. They offer exciting group exercise classes including martial arts, yoga and Zumba. Gold's classes are scheduled every day of the week, and are open to all gym members. A special boxing membership is also available at this club. Anyone is welcome to try an extremely intense boxing class and boxing members can attend regularly. The staff at Gold's Gym Lawrenceville encourages all members to try different classes to see what they like.

The pool has its own schedule, including lap swim and organized classes such as "Aqua Pilates." Private, semi-private and group swim lessons are also available.

As far as equipment goes, there is something for everyone.
