The ephemeral Vanessa Williams, 46, former Miss America and star of Ugly Betty, credits her ravishing physique to a combination of running, strength training and salsa dancing. For Oscar-winner Helen Mirren, 64, the key to keeping her body in shape is by practicing moderation with food and drink and catching plenty of shut-eye between takes.

AOL Health knows that celebrities get a leg-up when it comes to having the time and resources to maintain a youthful glow, so that's why we also commissioned our readers to lend us their best stay-young strategies. Marylee Abrams, 56, credits staying young by keeping a healthy work ethic through running her own firm. Janet Spurr, 54, swears by yoga for not only getting rid of lower back pain but also revitalizing her spirit and keeping her young.
