Gold's of Lake Ridge has more than 4,800 members and has been in the business for more than10 years. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help if you need help. The personal trainers are certified and will make sure your program reflects your needs. Many personal trainers have been there for years because they love what they do and the members love them.
This is a family-centered gym. Childcare opens at 9 a.m., and the gym is usually filled with mothers and their children at this time. Kids, who are watched over by attentive caregivers, love the play room that has toys for all ages. Members seem very willing to help each other out and cheer each other on if need be.
Many appreciate the immediate access to the chiropractor and physical therapy offices that are linked to the gym. As an older gym, some of the equipment is worn, but management fixes it as quickly as possible. New equipment has recently been brought in and is scattered throughout the gym.
