Sure, you can get nutritional supplements to give your body an extra edge, but it's best to try to get as many vitamins and minerals through your food as possible. We enlisted That's Fit and AOL Health contributor Jonny Bowden to round up his top 10 list of pregnancy superfoods from his latest book, "The 100 Healthiest Foods for Pregnancy." Not only are they nutritious, but they're delicious, too.
