Review: This state-of-the-art facility perched on a Fort Wayne, Indiana, hilltop is ideal for fitness enthusiasts and their families. It boasts more than 20 elliptical machines and treadmills, along with Nautilus equipment and a large room of free weights. An 1/8-mile track graces the upper level of the building overlooking two basketball courts and a large swimming pool. There is a rock wall for climbing and an one-mile track outdoors.

There are activities for the entire family available. Children can take swimming lessons while adults often enjoy aqua fit classes. Pilates, yoga and several other types of group exercise classes are taught by certified and experienced trainers.This particular YMCA encourages cross training for the total body workout.
