The gym also offers state of the art cardio machines, such as Precor treadmills and elliptical machines equipped with Cardio Theater. They also offer the highest grade weight machines and free weights.
Additionally, Gold's offers classes in plyometrics, core synergistics, yoga, spinning and pilates in a peaceful, ambient setting. Two levels of gym space provides members the opportunity to utilize all of the gym's resources in a spaced-out environment.
