Review:
It's obvious that this Gold's Gym is service-oriented. The staff members are knowledgeable about the equipment and ready to help when members need assistance. All potential members receive a facility tour on their first visit and a free one-week pass to check out the gym.
There are many classes available at this location. They include weight lifting, spinning, Pilates, self defense, water fitness, yoga and boxing.
One of the gym's most unique features is a large cinema room that has ellipticals, bicycles and treadmills facing a theater-sized screen. The room is dark and plays non-stop, recently-released movies that are rotated daily. Other features include an Olympic-length pool, racquetball room, basketball courts, a gym for women-only room and a large area for weight lifting and training. The upstairs level is full of cardio equipment with individual TVs attached.
Overall, the facility is well managed. It is very clean, and the trainers, management and other members of the facility are courteous and respectful of your time and space.
Check out how to pick the best gym to meet your needs.
