For some people it's their backside. For others it might be a little jiggle underneath the arms. And still for others it might be those pesky love handles. Trouble spots! We all have them and they're the bane of our diet and fitness existence. But how do you work to get rid of them? We turned to the fabulously fit folks on Twitter to find out what their trouble spots were and how they are trying to turn these negatives into positives.
