Running on the treadmill is a great cardio workout. Hitting the elliptical can do wonders for your butt and thighs. But sometimes these gym staples get a little stale and make you less likely to put in the time and energy to exercise. That's where exercises classes can come in. From pole dancing to piloxing, there is a class for every taste. We turned to our gym-going Twitterers to find out which exercise classes have them hopping off the stationary bike and jumping into a group workout.

tandembiker Had a killer spin class last night. That is one heck of a great workout. I then gave myself permission to eat a devils food cupcake. Yum!
