Audéo Perfect Fit Earphones Giveaway

How many times have you cursed your earphones for sliding out of your ears mid-run, or wished that the ear buds that came with your mp3 player provided higher quality sound? If you're anything like me, the answer is a lot.

But not anymore! That's Fit recently received a pair of Audéo Perfect Fit Earphones (or PFE) from Phonak, and the sound quality was amazing. My music sounded clearer, plus they blocked out the noise of passing traffic better than anything I've ever used.

Most importantly, they didn't shift or cause a bit of discomfort over the course of a four-mile run. There are different replaceable tips to ensure the best fit for all kinds of ears, and the high-end earphones are better for your ear health than other ear buds.

Ah, New Years resolutions. My resolution is to be a better Husband and father ...to do that, i need to have lots of energy and that means more time in the gym, less fast food and a more positive outlook. I plan to do cardio 1-2 days a week and resistance training 3 days a week. I am kind of a skinny guy already so hopefully this will beenough to tone up and keep my hear healthy!!

My New Years Resolution is to reduce my consumption of meat and sweets and to incorporate more whole foods in my diet. So far I have resisted the candy jar at work, and I have had no meat since New Years.

My only resolution this year is to keep up the work I've done over the past year -- losing 25 pounds and dropping 2 sizes and feeling much better. The road continues, though, so I have lots of cardio in my future!

My New Years resolution, is for a better 2010. I have lost a total of 60 pounds and as everyone knows it is a constant struggle to keep it off or atleast it is for me. I am constanly working out 5x's a week and sometime more than once a day. I gained a couple pounds in 2009 so my new years resolution was to get those pounds back off and keeping them off!

My resolution was to help my friend lose 75lbs we are slowly working on it. I had already start my weight loss in october and that inspired her.

My New Year's resolutions are to a) finally run the 5K and/or 10K race I've been putting off for a year, b) do at least 10 pullups with good form, and c) move from doing headstands to handstands. 2010 is looking like a good year.
