Who among us doesn't hope to eat better and improve our health in 2010? The best intentions won't go far without the proper knowledge, but you don't have to schedule an appointment with an expert to learn how to improve your diet.

With 85 recipes and explanations about the role exercise plays in your bone health, fear of fragile bones will be a thing of the past.
