Pregnant Woman Battles Eating Disorder: This Week on AOL Health

Beth JonesSome consider pregnancy to be the one time in a woman's life when she doesn't have to be on a diet. Sure, you need to make sure to consume healthful foods and remain cognizant of dangerous binge eating to keep you and your baby healthy, but for the most part you can yield to those midnight cravings for butter pecan ice cream topped with animal crackers dipped in peanut butter. For one woman, though, being pregnant meant coming to terms with an eating disorder she had been recovering from for almost a decade.

AOL Health had the opportunity interview Beth Jones, who appeared on the Discovery Health documentary, "I'm Pregnant and...Have An Eating Disorder." Beth, who is an exercise addict, was closely monitored by her doctor to make sure she was within a safe weight range during her pregnancy.
