By now, most of us know that antioxidants are Mother Nature's powerhouses. By preventing free radicals from disrupting the cellular process, antioxidants can help slow down aging, stave off wrinkles, keep your hair shiny and your nails strong.
Antioxidants do a body good in general, but if you have specific aging concerns, you should pay attention to these in particular:
Phenol, also known as polyphenol, is found in tea and can boost collagen production, protect the skin from UV rays and help prevent wrinkles.
