Fitness Reminders - Leave Some For Yourself

This holiday season may be busy, but don't forget to exercise. When you've got a million things on the go, it's easy to let your exercise routine fall to wayside but you'll be healthier and happier if you keep up with it. Remind yourself to workout bu leaving small hints around the house -- for instance, try putting your gym bag by the door and send yourself reminders and alarms when it's time to hit the treadmill. And make sure you're working some fitness time into your schedule each day -- it's one of the most important things you'll do for yourself, so it deserves a prime spot in your daily plan.
