Mandy Ingber: Hollywood Trainer to the Stars

She has been a wellness spokesperson for Crystal Light, and a contributing editor to the Health and Beauty blog on Glamnet. She has also been recognized as an event headliner for the People Magazine A-List Workout. Ingber is regularly featured in publications, such as Self, InStyle, Vogue, People, Us, Glamour and Vanity Fair, and she has appeared on "E!", "Access Hollywood", "VH1s Hollywood's Tightest Bodies", and "Extra" as a fitness expert.
Ingber became a recognized name in the fitness industry after her 2006 article in SELF magazine with client Jennifer Aniston. Other Hollywood clients include Ricki Lake, Brooke Shields, Woody Harrelson and Helen Hunt, who gave her credit on the red carpet for getting her body "Oscar-ready".
Ingber teaches classes at her L.A. studio and also sells her "Yogalosophy" DVD for $29.95 through her web site, which features an introduction by Jennifer Aniston. Her teaching style blends personal experience with humor. In addition to whipping actors into shape, she has worked with a wide range of clients, including professional athletes, cancer patients, teenagers, senior citizens and those with little or no fitness experience.
