Grape Juice Improves Memory: This Week on AOL Health

Thanks to the antioxidant resveratrol, the benefits of drinking a glass of red wine run the gamut from cancer prevention to decreased risk of heart attack and obesity. Since wine is made from grapes, it makes sense that drinking a glass of purple grape juice has similar effects on the body. According to new research by the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine anti-inflammatory polyphenols found in grape juice can also help improve memory loss due to Alzheimer's or age-related dementia.
