Most of us have at least one fad diet lurking on our weight loss resumes. The promises of looking good in skinny jeans and string bikinis can be so tempting, but these diets are often unhealthy and may negatively affect your ability to lose weight in the long run. You may have heard of "The Cookie Diet," "The Banana Diet" or even "The Lemonade Diet" -- also known as the Master Cleanse. The Blood Type Diet is no exception.
