Think Yourself Thin(ner)

Give your brain a workout and burn calories with mind challenges like sudoku.
That's what's been recently claimed anyway -- apparently, we can burn 90 calories an hour by doing nothing more than using our noggin because thinking burns more calories than a brain in a vegetative state.
To be fair, 90 calories an hour isn't a lot, so you should still be getting a fair amount of physical activity. But since challenging your brain burns more calories than just sitting in front of the TV and helps keep your mind active in later years, it would seem that and afternoon of puzzles definitely beats watching re-runs of Seinfeld.
