Ultrametabolism Diet Food

What You Can Eat

Phase I comes with complete daily meal plans and recipes -- things like nut butter smoothies and white beans on a bed of greens. Phase II offers more of the same, with specific instructions on how to reintroduce the once shunned foods from the detox phase. You can eat what you want, when you want -- provided the foods appear on the "approved" lists. There are no calorie restrictions or portion recommendations, but process foods should be avoided at all times. The cornerstones of this diet include cruciferous veggies such as Brussels sprouts, cauliflower and bok choy; organic soy products such as soy milk, soybeans, edamame; legumes, such as lentils and chickpeas, cold-water fish, such as halibut and salmon; and you're even allowed up to two ounces of dark chocolate a day.
