5. Carmen Electra's The Lap Dance

This workout promises to "tighten and tone while you're turning someone on." To keep things serious, each move is practiced without music first as Carmen Electra shoots long, sultry stares into the camera as she walks you through the steps of the perfect lap dance. No surprise, the lap dance portion does not even come close to a sweat session, but hey, you'll get good at arching your back and counting to eight.

4. Teen Steam: The Alyssa Milano Workout Video

Warning: Googling the phrase "teen steam" leads to some very unsavory websites. But back in 1988, it was all a little bit more innocent when "Who's the Boss?" star Alyssa Milano hung out in her bedroom in a sports bra and got fit with some girlfriends. From the cheesy introduction, where she vows to "work out" her friends' problems (D on a report card, forced to babysit a brother on a Saturday night), to her going over good form as her buddies awkwardly do leg lifts, this hits a lot of high notes. The more you watch it, the more you wonder whether this is for giggly teenage girls or creepy old men.

3. Richard Simmons: Sweatin' to the Oldies

Surely no one on this planet has both shed tears and giggled over the subject of exercise as much as Richard Simmons. You don't need a sexy leotard, go ahead and work out in your jeans. You can be fat, uncoordinated and fashion-challenged. You just have to move and have fun. Simmons' "Sweatin' to the Oldies" series endures because, well, look at those tiny shorts! Oh, and because he danced countless people to better health.

2. E-i-E-i- Yoga For Kids

I'm sure Yogi Oki Doki doesn't mean to be so creepy, but he is. On his own Oki Doki would be hilariously awkward, but throw in his pal Rasta Rooster and the rest of the gang, and it just moves into another realm of ridiculous. Forget about Mommy & Me yoga classes, this "yoga in a barn" leaves mom at home and serves up a weird looking guy in tight jeans helping lithe young ones with their yoga poses. Like a car wreck, you can't look away.

1. The Marky Mark Workout

Marky Mark doesn't try to go it alone in this one, he has his cousin and some "fly honeys" to help him throughout the low-budget video. In this awesomely bad workout, Marky Mark teaches you step-by-step how to get a Calvin Klein underwear model body, and hit on the ladies while doing it. Long before he grew up, dropped his nickname, and became an actor and producer, Mark Walhberg is unknowingly hilarious, and sometimes inappropriate, while giving you muscle-building moves. Pow!
