On the heels of one of the most over-indulgent holidays of the year, AOL Health is here to remind you which fattening holiday foods you need to stay away from. Sure, falling off the diet wagon on Thanksgiving is pretty much inevitable, but we all know seasonal diet-destroyers don't end with the last slice of turkey. Want to burn off that holiday weight early this year? Help build lean muscle and burn fat by eating the right amount of protein.
