Want to build muscle? It's all about how much protein you're eating.
But more isn't always better when it comes to protein intake -- eating too much protein not only won't help you bulk up, it could harm your health! You need to find the perfect balance by consuming just enough to fuel your muscles but not any more than that. What's more, don't eat more than about 30 grams per meal -- your body may not be able to process more than that. And finally, be sure to eat before and after your workout to keep your muscles powered even after you've left the gym.
