Reality TV star and dad of eight Jon Gosselin recently admitted that he does yoga to help clear his mind, and he's not the only one -- Sting, Madonna and several other celebrities are avid yogis as well.

Yoga appeals to people of all fitness levels and goals because it's quite diverse. Those looking to strengthen could try power yoga, while those looking for peace of mind and meditation could opt for kundalini yoga, and those hoping to cleanse their body of toxins might love hot yoga.
