Good news, busy people: 15 minutes is enough time for an effective workout.
There seems to be misconception out there that anything less than an hour at the gym is a waste of time, but that's absolutely not true -- 15 minutes a day is all it takes to sculpt your bod. And the best part? You can do it all at home with a few easy-to-master moves.
There's a catch though -- you'll actually have to work hard for those 15 minutes. A leisurely stroll around the nieghborhood won't do if 15 minutes is all you've got time for. But hey -- it's only for 15 minutes, right?
