Recent studies show that fat-causing bacteria in your gut can increase with stress. That's not all -- research shows that women tend to turn to high-calorie comfort food when they're stressed.

Unfortunately, there's no quick-fix for stress, but it's important to identify what's causing yours and find a way to reduce it. One great way to work on your stress is by exercising. Yoga is an especially good practice to help people deal with stress.
