Exercising At Night: Just As Effective?

I prefer AM workouts. I get up before work and go running from 5-6am. This way, my workout is done and out of the way. Sometimes working late or traffic can disrupt an evening work out.

I do my cardio in the morning and most days do weight training in the evening. The concentration required to train helps rid me of the stress of the workday.

I exercise in the mornings simply to save water. If I exercise in the mornings, then one shower takes care of me for the whole day. If I exercise at night, I'd have to shower twice: once before leaving the house (because I'd feel too yucky to go out in public if I haven't showered) and another time after exercising.
