Too much exercise isn't good for you, and being a chronic over-exerciser can cause a multitude of problems -- it can affect your sleep, make you susceptible to illness and cause injury.

If you suspect you might be an exercise addict, take it down a notch. Give yourself a couple of days off a week for your body to recover, and shave a bit of time off your regular workouts. If you just can't stand to be away from the gym, consider signing up for some other gentler activities such as yoga.
