White tea is the richest in polyphenol. Polyphenol is a strong antioxidant and makes the white tea the most efficient tea that can prevent cancer. I have read on Project Weight Loss that this type of tea contains antioxidants more active than those found in green tea. Also, antioxidant lotions may reverse the signs of aging, which is great news.
